Vicki has been a presenter of BBC TV’s Top Gear for five years, and a Road Tester for Auto Express and What Car? magazines, as well as writing for many other publications since the age of 17.
She has presented the global launches of many road cars – in the real and virtual world – from the Scuderia Ferrari Formula One car to a Bentley Bentayga. The world of simulating racing has also come calling as she has presented The Real Race for Lamborghini, and the SRO E-Sport GT AM series.

In 2004, as part of the support races for the British Formula One Grand Prix weekend at Silverstone, Vicki became the first woman to win a Maserati race in the history of the marque. She’s also a former racing instructor at Silverstone and has taught hundreds of petrol heads and celebrities the fastest way around a circuit over the years.
Notable TV drives include a Formula One car, a 1,000bhp racing lorry, an A1 GP car to 198mph, BMW M5 whilst blindfold to 158mph, and a passenger in a Jaguar Jet fighter plane. She was the first journalist to be invited to drive the Pagani Zonda Roadster, and the first woman to get behind the wheel of a Renault Laguna British Touring Car as part of a magazine test.
Vicki owns a Ducati Monster 750 and is the author of the book “100 Sexiest Cars”.
